The terminal is strategically positioned on the north bank of the River Medway and has 200,000 sq ft of high quality covered storage and 3 berths taking ships of up to 10,000 dwt.

• Head south in a clockwise direction on the M25
• Follow the signs for the Dartford Crossing
• Take the exit signposted Canterbury A2
• Exit the M2 onto the A289 signposted for Grain
• 1st roundabout 2nd exit signposted Strood
• 2nd roundabout first exit left
• 3rd roundabout at McDonalds restaurant second exit (you are now entering Medway City Estate)
• 4th roundabout - take the third exit onto Whitewall Road
• Turn left at the sign for Transit Medway Ltd where you can enter the port site via security
