On March 14 we said goodbye to our long-standing (and long-suffering!) cleaner, Madge Thorne.
Madge, who has looked after us all for 16 years, had decided to hang up her rubber gloves and retire. Amongst the gifts presented to her on her retirement was a ’golden’ dustpan and brush.
Managing Director, Mark Lay, said: ’We will all miss Madge and her bright, bubbly personality. I hope she enjoys retirement; we made the Pledge that we would not let her Vanish in a Flash.’
